This notice applies when you:

• Submit a WOMAN OF GOD JOURNEY form on Facebook or Instagram

• Request the Church Information Pack

• Contact us regarding bringing WOMAN OF GOD JOURNEY to your church

Meta also processes information through Facebook and Instagram under Meta’s own privacy policy.

3. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Your full name

• Your email address

• Your role in the church

• The name of your church

• The city and state where your church is located

• Any additional information you voluntarily provide

• The date and source of your enquiry

Some information may indicate your religious affiliation or beliefs.

4. Why we use your information

We use your information to:

• Send you the requested Church Information Pack

• Respond to your enquiry

• Follow up about bringing WOMAN OF GOD JOURNEY to your church

• Manage our communication with churches and ministry leaders

• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We process your information based on your consent. Where information may reveal religious affiliation or beliefs, we rely on your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

We will not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter or other ongoing marketing without obtaining separate consent.

• Meta when you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form

• Providers that support our email, website, hosting and administration

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Meta and some of our service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Lead information is normally retained for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact with you.

If your church begins a partnership or purchases materials from us, some information may be retained for longer where necessary to manage the relationship or comply with accounting and other legal obligations.
